The Wall Bracket is the ultimate wall support for hanging any punching bag. This suspension bracket is very strong and suitable for all brands of punching bags. The maximum loadable weight of the wall bracket is 70 KG. The wall mount has a length of 75 CM. This means that the punching bag will hang 75 CM from the wall. This is ample for both boxing and kicking exercises on the punching bag. This wall mount is perfect for hanging a punching bag and can be used at home or at the gym.
Please note that the wall mount is in the color black.

At what height should the wall support and punching bag be attached?
- The top of the punching bag should hang about 10 CM higher than your own height.
- The attachment chain of the punching bag has a length of 30 CM.
- So you can calculate the ideal height by adding your own height + 10 CM + 30 CM.
Tips
- Attach the wall bracket to a wall made of stone or concrete. Not suitable for thin or plaster walls!
- Fully screw the throat bolts into the dowels to a depth of 6 CM.

When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time for your order depends on the delivery address (destination country). For shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium, your order will typically arrive the next day (except on Sundays) if placed before 11:00 PM, and for punch bags, the cut-off time is 9:00 PM. What happens if I'm not home during delivery?
No worries! The courier will make 3 delivery attempts. If you're not home, they might deliver the package to your neighbors. For large items like punch bags, that may not be ideal. You can always leave a note requesting not to leave it with the neighbors or suggesting an alternate location like your garden or under a carport.
I didn’t receive my complete order?
Sometimes one box gets delivered first, and the other might come later or even the next day. This happens if two courier services are used or if items like punch bags are packed in separate boxes, which can get split up during sorting.
