Right of Withdrawal (180-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are not satisfied with one or more of our products, you may return them to us without stating a reason. This is called the right of withdrawal. It applies for up to 180 days after receiving your order. You can find more information about this here.

Returning Products

The items you wish to return must be sent back within 14 days after notifying us of the return. Returns are at the buyer’s risk. You are responsible for returning the product in proper condition. Keep your proof of shipment (with tracking code) safe. You’ll need it in case your package is lost or damaged in transit.

Return Shipping Costs

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must pay the return shipping costs yourself. You may choose any shipping carrier. The cost is approximately €7.25 for a standard package. Please check your carrier’s website for exact rates.

Refund

The refundable amount will be processed as soon as possible (no later than 14 days after notifying us of your return). If you return the entire order, we will also refund the original shipping costs (not the return costs), provided they were paid. If the value of the items not returned falls below €75, the refunded amount will be the value of the returned items minus the shipping cost for orders under €75. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Return Conditions

  • Always register your return using the Return Form below. You will then receive a confirmation and further instructions from us.
  • If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary for resale, we may charge you for the loss in value. Handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packed when returning.
  • Hygiene products such as underwear, mouthguards, and training masks whose seal has been broken after delivery cannot be returned.
  • Returns are at the customer’s risk. Make sure the products are securely packaged.
  • The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • We will refund the amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has been received in good condition.
