Belgium
Orders within Belgium are delivered by Bpost and Thijs Transport. Our experience is that they provide fast, reliable, and discreet service. Unfortunately, mistakes can occasionally happen with them, and your shipment may be delayed. We hope you understand.
Shipping Costs
The standard shipping cost is €7.95. Excluded are packages from 24 kg (especially large hanging punching bags). For these, we charge €12.95 up to 32 kg, €19.95 up to 70 kg, and €39.95 for packages over 70 kg.
Delivery Times
Orders placed on weekdays before 10:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day. For punching bags, the delivery time is 1-2 days, with a cut-off time of 9:00 p.m. Bpost normally delivers on the next working day and on Saturdays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are delivered on Monday. However, as mentioned, we unfortunately cannot guarantee this 100%. The average delivery time for punching bags is 3 working days. Due to their weight, these are transported by a specialized delivery service.
Delivery Method
Bpost
Packages are delivered to your home, and no signature is required upon receipt. If you are not at home, the package will be delivered to your neighbors. If that is not possible, there will be two more delivery attempts. After that, the package will be delivered to the nearest pick-up location, where you can collect it.
Thijs Transport (with signature)
Packages are delivered to your home, and a signature is required upon receipt. Delivery is from Monday to Friday. These items have an average delivery time of 3 working days. It is not possible to arrange a specific time slot for delivery. On the morning of delivery, you will receive a 3-hour time window during which the package will be delivered. Please note: We or the carrier do not guarantee delivery to holiday parks, campsites, or similar locations. You must provide a regular address where the package can be received. Packages cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.
Germany
Orders to Germany will be delivered by DHL. Our experience is that they provide fast, reliable, and discreet service. Unfortunately, mistakes can occasionally happen with them, and your shipment may be delayed. We hope you understand.
Shipping Costs
The shipping costs are €7.95 per order up to 24 kg. For orders above 24 kg, the price is available upon request.
Delivery Times
