The delivery time for your order depends on the delivery address (destination country). For shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium, your order will typically arrive the next day (except on Sundays) if placed before 11:00 PM, and for punch bags, the cut-off time is 9:00 PM. No worries! The courier will make 3 delivery attempts. If you're not home, they might deliver the package to your neighbors. For large items like punch bags, that may not be ideal. You can always leave a note requesting not to leave it with the neighbors or suggesting an alternate location like your garden or under a carport.

Sometimes one box gets delivered first, and the other might come later or even the next day. This happens if two courier services are used or if items like punch bags are packed in separate boxes, which can get split up during sorting.
