How do you customize the mouthguard?
- Boil some water
- Pour 200 ml of water into a container
- Place the mouthguard in the container with boiling water and carefully remove it after 30-60 seconds.
- Pat the mouthguard dry and then place it in your mouth, against your upper teeth.
- Push the mouthguard up against your molars, around your entire dental arch. Suck the mouthguard against your upper teeth and press with your tongue against the roof of your mouth. Do this for 30-45 seconds
- Place the mouthguard in cold water for two minutes. Then, check the fit. If the mouthguard isn’t fitting as desired, repeat the process.

What are the shipping costs?

When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time for your order depends on the delivery address (destination country). For shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium, your order will typically arrive the next day (except on Sundays) if placed before 11:00 PM, and for punch bags, the cut-off time is 9:00 PM. What happens if I'm not home during delivery?
No worries! The courier will make 3 delivery attempts. If you're not home, they might deliver the package to your neighbors. For large items like punch bags, that may not be ideal. You can always leave a note requesting not to leave it with the neighbors or suggesting an alternate location like your garden or under a carport.
I didn’t receive my complete order?
Sometimes one box gets delivered first, and the other might come later or even the next day. This happens if two courier services are used or if items like punch bags are packed in separate boxes, which can get split up during sorting.
