Black wraps for the hands of RAM fighting gear with a length of 255 cm. The RAM wraps are made of 100% soft and slightly stretchy woven cotton and have sturdy Velcro closures. Features a convenient thumb loop for easy application of the bandage. Provides additional support and protection for the wrists and hands. These wraps ensure that you can go about your daily workout without sustaining an injury.
Available in 255cm and 450cm lengths.

WHAT LENGTH DO I NEED?
- 255 cm for children and women.

HOW DO I APPLY THE WRAPS?
- Put the loop of the wraps around your thumb.
- Wrap the wraps firmly around the wrist 2 to 3 times.
- Keep the fingers spread a very small distance and twist the bandage a few times, not too tightly (so you can still make a fist) around the knuckles and lower phalanges.
- Then pack the thumb joint firmly.
- Cross your hand 1 to 2 more times and again around your knuckles and wrist.
- Fasten the Velcro strip around the wrist.

What are the shipping costs?

When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time for your order depends on the delivery address (destination country). For shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium, your order will typically arrive the next day (except on Sundays) if placed before 11:00 PM, and for punch bags, the cut-off time is 9:00 PM. What happens if I'm not home during delivery?
No worries! The courier will make 3 delivery attempts. If you're not home, they might deliver the package to your neighbors. For large items like punch bags, that may not be ideal. You can always leave a note requesting not to leave it with the neighbors or suggesting an alternate location like your garden or under a carport.
I didn’t receive my complete order?
Sometimes one box gets delivered first, and the other might come later or even the next day. This happens if two courier services are used or if items like punch bags are packed in separate boxes, which can get split up during sorting.
