The RAM BOB XL standing boxing dummy is ideal for the demanding athlete, with a height of 175 cm and an upper body height of 88 cm. The punching area is a lot bigger than the regular BOB boxing dummies. The punching part of the boxing dummy is shaped like a real body and extremely suitable for precision training. The RAM BOB XL is high quality and very durable.

The body consists of high quality pu material with tough durable rubber on the outside, for optimal realistic feel during punching and kicking. The connecting piece between the bottom and top springs slightly, providing optimum noise reduction. The base can be filled with water, gravel or sand up to as much as 150 kg. Sand or gravel is recommended for more stability. The RAM BOB XL standing boxing pole dummy is made for full-on training and stands as solid as a house.

Thanks to the realistic shape of BOB, you will improve the quality of your training and have much more training fun. The RAM BOB XL is ideal for the gym or at your home and ready to use without tools or hang-ups.

    Het duurde even voor ik de dummy in huis had, maar dat kan je verwachten rond de kerst. Nu twee weken in gebruik en zeer tevreden met onze bob? Hij staat stabiel en het lichaam voelt er echt aan bij het stoten. Door het lichaam voelt het meer als echt sparren dan tegen een zwarte zak slaan.

    Zeer tevreden met de bob xl. Na contact te hebben gehad met iemand van ram fighting gear ben ik toch overstag gegaan, en gelukkig wel tevreden. Ik twijfelde tussen een bokspaal of een dummy. Maar dit voelt zoveel echter aan dat het een goede keus is geweest. Bedankt voor het mee denken ram.

The delivery time for your order depends on the delivery address (destination country). For shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium, your order will typically arrive the next day (except on Sundays) if placed before 11:00 PM, and for punch bags, the cut-off time is 9:00 PM. For a full overview of delivery times, head to the page shipping costs and delivery.
No worries! The courier will make 3 delivery attempts. If you're not home, they might deliver the package to your neighbors. For large items like punch bags, that may not be ideal. You can always leave a note requesting not to leave it with the neighbors or suggesting an alternate location like your garden or under a carport.
Sometimes one box gets delivered first, and the other might come later or even the next day. This happens if two courier services are used or if items like punch bags are packed in separate boxes, which can get split up during sorting.
