Adjustable boxing dummy BOB from RAM

The RAM BIG BOB standing boxing dummy with an upper body adjustable in height. This allows you to adjust the dummy to the correct height. Ideal for home and gym use. The RAM BIG BOB adjustable standing boxing pole dummy has a height of up to 178 cm with an upper body of 100 cm. The boxing dummy is shaped like a real body, making your workout even more realistic. The body consists of high quality pu material with tough durable rubber on the outside, for optimal realistic feel during punching and kicking. The connection piece between bottom and top springs slightly with it, providing optimum noise reduction. This is the perfect sparring partner. The base can be filled with water, gravel or sand up to as much as 150 kg. Sand or gravel is recommended for more stability.

The delivery time for your order depends on the delivery address (destination country). For shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium, your order will typically arrive the next day (except on Sundays) if placed before 11:00 PM, and for punch bags, the cut-off time is 9:00 PM. No worries! The courier will make 3 delivery attempts. If you're not home, they might deliver the package to your neighbors. For large items like punch bags, that may not be ideal. You can always leave a note requesting not to leave it with the neighbors or suggesting an alternate location like your garden or under a carport.
Sometimes one box gets delivered first, and the other might come later or even the next day. This happens if two courier services are used or if items like punch bags are packed in separate boxes, which can get split up during sorting.
