It is suitable for heavy-duty use, and you can fold the bracket away when not in use, making it perfect for smaller spaces and gyms. This bracket is very sturdy and compatible with all punching bag brands. The maximum weight capacity of the wall mount is 100 kg. The bracket has a length of 70 cm, meaning the punching bag will hang 70 cm away from the wall. This provides ample space for both boxing and kickboxing exercises. The wall mount comes with all the necessary mounting hardware. It is perfect for hanging a punching bag and can be used both at home and in the gym.

At what height should the wall support and punching bag be attached?
- The top of the punching bag should hang about 10 CM higher than your own height.
- The attachment chain of the punching bag has a length of 30 CM.
- So you can calculate the ideal height by adding your own height + 10 CM + 30 CM.
Tips
- Attach the wall bracket to a wall made of stone or concrete. Not suitable for thin or plaster walls!
- Fully screw the throat bolts into the dowels to a depth of 6 CM.

When will my order be delivered?

For shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium, your order will typically arrive the next day (except on Sundays) if placed before 11:00 PM, and for punch bags, the cut-off time is 9:00 PM. What happens if I'm not home during delivery?
No worries! The courier will make 3 delivery attempts. If you're not home, they might deliver the package to your neighbors. For large items like punch bags, that may not be ideal. You can always leave a note requesting not to leave it with the neighbors or suggesting an alternate location like your garden or under a carport.
I didn’t receive my complete order?
Sometimes one box gets delivered first, and the other might come later or even the next day. This happens if two courier services are used or if items like punch bags are packed in separate boxes, which can get split up during sorting.
