The ceiling bracket from victory sports is for hanging any punching bag. This ceiling bracket is very strong and suitable for all brands of punching bags. The maximum loadable weight of the bracket is 70 KG. This ceiling mount is perfect for hanging a punching bag and can be used at home or in the gym. The punching bag spring is ideal for attaching between the punching bag chain and ceiling or wall bracket. The spring absorbs shock but also dampens sound. This punching bag spring is suitable for punching bags up to 70 KG.
At what height should the punching bag be attached?
- The top of the punching bag should hang about 10 CM higher than your own height.
- The attachment chain of the punching bag has a length of 30 CM.
Tips
- First, determine the correct height.
- Attach the punching bag to a ceiling made of concrete or wood with a ceiling bracket. Not suitable for thin or plaster ceilings!
- Use M8 wood screws or M8 wedge bolts.
- If the punching bag will hang a little too high, buy a piece of chain to attach between the bracket and the attachment chain.
- If the ceiling is too high, opt for a wall mounting bracket.

When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time for your order depends on the delivery address (destination country). For shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium, your order will typically arrive the next day (except on Sundays) if placed before 11:00 PM, and for punch bags, the cut-off time is 9:00 PM. What happens if I'm not home during delivery?
No worries! The courier will make 3 delivery attempts. If you're not home, they might deliver the package to your neighbors. For large items like punch bags, that may not be ideal. You can always leave a note requesting not to leave it with the neighbors or suggesting an alternate location like your garden or under a carport.
I didn’t receive my complete order?
Sometimes one box gets delivered first, and the other might come later or even the next day. This happens if two courier services are used or if items like punch bags are packed in separate boxes, which can get split up during sorting.
