His name is BOB and BOB is hard, realistic and adjustable in various heights. The body shape makes it easy for focused kicking and punching. But beware, BOB will never go down. Well perhaps if you can place your foot perfectly in his neck. The adjustable height of BOB allows you to challenge a different opponent every time, that keeps it interesting right? The base can be filled with sand or grit up to 150 kg. This dummy is less suited for the complete novice because BOB is quite a bit harder compared to a boxing pole. That’s why it is important that you already possess some technique in order to prevent injuries. Can you handle BOB?

Standing punching bags and dummies are easy to move around, there’s no drilling or mounting required. The perfect solution at home and in the gym. The RAM boxing dummies are made out of very durable rubber and artificial leather on the inside for an optimum flexibility and toughness. Due to the high level of flexibility this boxing dummy will always maintain its original shape with no visible dents. You can fill the base without any effort with sand or grit.

    We gebruiken deze dummy met meerdere personen. Allemaal vinden we het erg leuk trainen met Bob.
    Het voelt een stuk echter zo, je kunt echt mikken.
    Wel jammer dat het lichaam niet iets groter is.

    Net deze bob binnen. Het is een stuk echter zo het trainen. En dit lichaam kun je verstellen, wat handig is omdat ik m samen met mijn vrouw gebruik.

No worries! The courier will make 3 delivery attempts. If you're not home, they might deliver the package to your neighbors. For large items like punch bags, that may not be ideal. You can always leave a note requesting not to leave it with the neighbors or suggesting an alternate location like your garden or under a carport.
Sometimes one box gets delivered first, and the other might come later or even the next day. This happens if two courier services are used or if items like punch bags are packed in separate boxes, which can get split up during sorting.
