This chain, made of durable metal with a chrome coating, is suitable for extending the suspension of your punching bag or Waterpro Punchbag. The links are extremely strong and designed for punching bags weighing up to 80 kilograms.

What size punching bag do I need?
- 140 – 180 CM: A punching bag for both punching and kicking. Additionally, due to its weight, this punching bag is quite stable and doesn’t swing around excessively.
- 100 – 130 CM: A punching bag for punching only. Due to its weight, this punching bag remains quite stable.
At what height should the punching bag be mounted?
- The top of the punching bag should hang about 10 CM higher than your own height.
- The attachment chain of the punching bag has a length of 30 CM.
- So you can calculate the ideal height by adding your own height + 10 CM + 30 CM.
Tips
- First, determine the correct height.
- Mount the punching bag with a ceiling bracket on a concrete or wooden ceiling. Not suitable for thin or drywall ceilings.
- Use M8 wood screws or M8 masonry bolts.
- If the punching bag hangs a bit too high, purchase a piece of chain to attach between the bracket and the attachment chain.
- If the ceiling is too high, opt for a wall mount bracket instead.

When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time for your order depends on the delivery address (destination country). For shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium, your order will typically arrive the next day (except on Sundays) if placed before 11:00 PM, and for punch bags, the cut-off time is 9:00 PM. What happens if I'm not home during delivery?
No worries! The courier will make 3 delivery attempts. If you're not home, they might deliver the package to your neighbors. For large items like punch bags, that may not be ideal. You can always leave a note requesting not to leave it with the neighbors or suggesting an alternate location like your garden or under a carport.
I didn’t receive my complete order?
Sometimes one box gets delivered first, and the other might come later or even the next day. This happens if two courier services are used or if items like punch bags are packed in separate boxes, which can get split up during sorting.
