Right of withdrawal (180-day cooling-off period)

If you are not satisfied with one or more of our products you can return them to us without giving a reason. This is called the right of withdrawal. You can do so up to 180 days after receiving your order. More information on this can be found here.

Return

The items you wish to return must be returned within 14 days of your notification. Return shipments are at the buyer’s risk. You are responsible for returning the product in the proper condition. Keep your shipping receipt (with track & trace code) safe. You will need this in case your package is lost or suffers shipping damage during return.

Return shipping costs

If you exercise the right of withdrawal, you will pay the costs you incurred to return the package to us. Of course, this can be done through a carrier of your choice. Items heavier than 30 pounds? We can arrange transportation for you. Please refer to the terms and conditions.

Conditions of returns heavy transport

  • The cost is 74.95 (return from the Netherlands)
  • Collection from a country other than the Netherlands is also possible, price on request
  • A punching bag should be packed in the same way it was when delivered. In the case of a 150 cm or 180 cm punching bag: tied to the pallet
  • Risk of shipping is yours, the item will be checked upon arrival
  • You can only schedule a day, not part of a day. Someone must be present throughout the day
  • If no one is present, these costs are passed on (rate x2)

Refund

We will refund the refundable amount as soon as possible (but no later than 14 days after processing your return). If you return the entire order, we will also refund the full shipping costs. We will refund you using the same means of payment you used to pay us.

Terms of return

  • Always report your return to us using the Return Form below. You will then receive a confirmation and further instructions from us.
  • Products must be in new condition. Products that have been used may not be returned.
  • Return shipments are at the customer’s risk. Make sure you pack the products well.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • After we receive and review your return, we will transfer the purchase price back to you within 14 days at the latest.
