Wraps for extra protection
Black wraps 450 cm for the hands of RAM fighting gear. The RAM wrap is made of 100% soft and slightly stretchy woven cotton and has a sturdy Velcro closure. With convenient thumb loop for easy application of the bandage. Provides extra wrist and hand support and protection for your knuckles.
Available in 255cm and 450cm lengths.

WHAT LENGTH DO I NEED?
- 255 cm for children and women.
- 450 cm for men.
HOW DO I APPLY THE WRAPS?
- First, put the loop of the wraps around your thumb.
- Twist the wraps around your wrist 1-2 times, making sure to end at the top of the wrist.
- Spread your hand slightly and put the wraps first between the little finger and ring finger and then back to the bottom of your wrist, then do the same to the thumb and index finger and between the rest of the fingers.
- Wrap the wraps firmly around your thumb several times.
- Put the wraps around your hand crosswise several times, then around your knuckles, and lastly wrap the rest of the wraps around your wrist.
- Close the wraps using the velcro strap.

What are the shipping costs?
For orders within the Netherlands, we charge €5.95. Exceptions are packages from 24 KG (especially large hanging punching bags), for these we charge €9.95 up to 32 KG, €19.95 up to 80 KG and €39.95 over 80 KG in shipping costs. When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time of your order depends on the delivery address (destination country). Shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium are normally delivered the next day (Sunday excepted) if ordered before 10 p.m., and for boxing poles it is 9 p.m. For a complete overview of all delivery times, please refer to the page

What if I am not home at the time of delivery?
Basically, there are 3 delivery attempts, so should you not be home, don't panic. Shipments may also be delivered to neighbors. In the case of boxing poles and punching bags, sometimes it is not desirable for the neighbors to receive it. You can always put up a bill and indicate that you don't want it delivered to the neighbors. You can also indicate on a bill in your absence that the couriers can place it in the garden or under a shelter, for example.
I did not get my complete order delivered
It sometimes happens that 1 box is delivered and the other is delivered at a later time or even a day later. This may be because 2 courier services were used, or in the case of boxers, the 2 boxes were separated in the sorting process at GLS because 1 of the 2 boxes is a different size and ends up on a different sorting belt.
