Secure payment

Being able to pay securely is an essential condition for any customer who wants to make online purchases. To ensure this security, we use a Payment Service Provider, namely Mollie. This Payment Service Provider uses SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer) to protect your personal information when sending this data over the internet.

How can you check for yourself if you are on a secure website? If a website is secured with SSL, you will see https:// in the URL (instead of http://) and a (usually green or gray) padlock in the address bar of a browser. See for yourself!

Payment options

Once we have received your payment, your order will be shipped. You have the choice of various payment options. With most payment options, your payment is processed immediately, allowing us to process your order right away. Below is an overview of the options we accept:

iDeal

With iDEAL you can quickly, reliably, safely, and easily pay for your online purchases. You pay in your trusted internet banking environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank. When checking out your order, you can indicate that you want to pay with iDEAL. Then click on the iDEAL payment button and select your bank. You will then be redirected to your own bank where the payment instruction is ready for you and you authorize the payment. The amount is immediately debited from your account and we are immediately informed that the order has been paid. Delivery time: your order will be processed by us the same day. iDEAL payment is possible for customers of the following banks: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, bunq, ING, KNAB, Rabobank, Regiobank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank or Van Lanschot Bankiers.

Paypal

PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay. But you can also use PayPal to transfer money online to family and friends, or to receive. PayPal has over 150 million accounts worldwide. You can pay from your bank or giro, credit card, or via the balance of your PayPal account. More information about PayPal can be found on PayPal. Once, you link your bank, giro, or credit card to a PayPal account. PayPal immediately transfers the money to the seller’s account. Then the amount is automatically debited from your own account. So you don’t have to deposit money into your PayPal account. Credits in the PayPal account can be refunded to your bank without any problems. Your financial data is never disclosed to the seller. Buyer and seller receive proof of payment in the inbox immediately after each payment instruction from PayPal. If goods are not delivered, PayPal can mediate between the buyer and the seller.

Opening a PayPal account is free. With PayPal, you pay for free at many webshops in the Netherlands and abroad. So there are no extra costs involved, as is sometimes the case with other payment methods

A surcharge of 2% is charged for this payment method.

Creditcard (Mastercard en VISA)

If you want to pay by credit card (Mastercard or VISA) with us, choose the PayPal option in the payment screen. If you then click on the ‘Pay with PayPal’ button, you will be taken to a screen where you have the option to pay by credit card. You do not need to have (or create) a PayPal account to pay by credit card. When paying by credit card, you are always asked for the CSC code. These are the last 3 digits of the number on the back of your credit card. This code is requested to ensure that the credit card you want to pay with is actually in your possession. Your credit card details are not stored anywhere – the credit card companies are communicated with directly through the payment menu, and the total amount of your order is debited directly from your credit card. The credit card details never come into our possession.

Bancontact

With Bancontact, if you have a Belgian account, you can make online purchases using your bank card. With Bancontact, you can pay for your online purchase with us in a trusted, safe, and easy way. You pay in your trusted online bank environment of Bancontact. Here you indicate whether you want to pay by entering your card details online or via the app. Once a payment account has been selected, you only need to enter your pin and authorize the payment. Once this is done, the payment is guaranteed, so the order can be processed immediately.

Belfius Direct Net

Via the Belfius Pay Button, as a customer of the Belfius bank, you can easily pay online in your trusted bank environment. This can be done via the card reader or via the mobile app. Payments are processed immediately and guaranteed when met.

KBC/CBC Payment Button

Via the KBC/CBC payment button, as a customer of the KBC/CBC bank, you can easily pay online in your trusted bank environment. This can be done via the car

ING Home’Pay

ING Home’Pay is an online payment method developed by ING Belgium. Anyone with an ING Home’Bank or Business’Bank account can pay online safely, easily, and quickly with this. You do this in your trusted bank environment. Payments are processed immediately and guaranteed when met.

SOFORT Banking

SOFORT Banking is a payment method available in 8 European countries and is very popular in Germany. SOFORT is based on the principle of a bank transfer. Unlike a normal bank transfer, you only need to verify the payment. Data such as the amount, description, and beneficiary are already filled in. The advantage of this is that no human error can be made here. SOFORT then processes the payment. The payment method is simple and fast.

Giropay

The online payment method Giropay is very popular with German consumers. It is safe and reliable and runs entirely through your trusted internet banking environment. More than 80 percent of German banks have a connection. Unlike a normal bank transfer, you only need to verify the payment. Data such as the amount, description, and beneficiary are already filled in. The advantage of this is that no human error can be made here. The payment method is simple and fast.

ApplePay

Apple Pay is Apple’s own payment method, available in more than 35 countries for all Apple users. It uses the Wallet app, where the user places their payment cards. The actual payment method depends on the cards placed in the Wallet. The payment is completed with a scan of the fingerprint or face. Our system automatically detects whether you are paying from an Apple device. Only then is Apple Pay shown as a payment method. After selecting Apple Pay as the payment method, the payment is completed with Touch ID or Face ID.

Bank tranfer (SEPA)

You can also pay for your order by bank transfer. You then choose the option ‘Bank transfer (SEPA)’ in the checkout screen. Immediately after placing the order, you will receive an email with the bank details to which you can transfer the amount owed. You transfer the money to the account of PayCheckout Foundation, our Payment Service Provider. PayCheckout then transfers the amount to us. Please note that it may take several days for us to receive the payment.

Pay later, within 30 days (Klarna)

With Klarna’s ‘Pay later’ option, you pay for your order afterwards once you have received it and decided to keep it. That way, you never pay for what you return. You provide your name, address, place of residence, email address, and other details that you always have at hand, and you pay during the 30-day payment term whenever it suits you. Paying later with Klarna is safe and easy. You can find the payment details of your purchase on the invoice you receive from us.

A surcharge of 3% of the total amount is applied for this payment method.

Pay in 3 parts (Klarna)

With Klarna’s ‘Pay in 3 parts’ option, you divide your purchase amount into 3 equal parts. You pay at the time of purchase, after 30 days, and after 60 days via direct debit. This way, you have nothing to worry about and can enjoy your new purchase to the fullest. Early repayment is always possible. Paying in 3 parts with Klarna is safe and easy. You can find the payment details of your purchase on the invoice you receive from us.
